The Manufacturing Industry Sector Partnership (ISP) is an employer-led initiative committed to promoting the manufacturing industry, growing the available workforce, and connecting its members to key resources. The partnership works to address the unique needs and challenges faced by the manufacturing sector in Lorain, Erie, and Huron counties. Powered by Manufacturing Works and endorsed by the Ohio Manufacturers Association, the ISP is shaping the future of the manufacturing workforce in our community.
The ISP was established by a coalition of companies in Lorain County to address challenges and opportunities within the manufacturing sector. As an employer-driven partnership, the ISP is committed to:
