Workforce Data and Program Coordinator

OVERVIEW

The Workforce Data and Program Coordinator is a full-time, professional position that will serve as part of the workforce development team. Primary responsibilities include data management and analysis for the workforce department, and supporting the pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs overall, with a focus on apprentices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

Must have 2+ years of experience with proficiency in following areas:
  • Workforce development
  • Program experience
  • Data collection/systems/analysis
Prefer experience in the following areas:
  • Software: Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Apprenticeship
  • Manufacturing
  • Case management
  • Collaboration with project partners

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
    o    Bachelor’s Degree can be substituted for at least 3+ years of experience in related field/industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for data collection/entry, management, and analysis of participant, employer, program, and stakeholder data for the workforce department. In addition, responsible for completion of any program and individual paperwork/administrative work needed to ensure enrollment, completion and overall compliance within programs.
  • Responsible for program policies, guidelines, and requirements related to data and program activities.
  • Support the implementation, quality, and compliance components of both pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs for the workforce department.
  • Provide both administrative and case management/coaching activities to participants and apprentices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs and other experts to meet program standards and develop new programs to meet employer need.
  • Engage MW members and affiliates with program(s).
  • Collaborate and provide cross-referrals with other programs within the workforce department and Manufacturing Works to support the efforts and overall mission.
  • Ensure timely program results, data management, and completion of all program documentation in compliance with all stakeholders and grant requirements. Support with program reports as needed.
  • Support Manufacturing Works’ objectives to retain and grow a healthy NE Ohio manufacturing base, as well as other aspects of the organization’s mission.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION

Manufacturing Works offers competitive compensation and benefits, including mileage reimbursement, retirement options, medical benefits, personal time off, and professional development. We are a fully remote organization.

Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000 salary is commensurate with experience
