Funded in part by the National Science Foundation the NTH is an online solution providing real-time data and job openings to better engage and align employers, educational institutions, and talent. Using advanced data analytics, the NTH can provide high level insights and opportunities like no other system that exists today. The NTH, in combination with a full suite of programs and tools provided by the NIIT and its partners, can fill gateway positions and through resources such as the NIIT’s unique GAINS apprenticeship and can rapidly prepare talent for advancement to your next level positions, effectively keeping your gateway positions open for recruitment.
