Cleveland Whiskey pushes the boundaries of tradition and innovation, using proprietary technology to craft award-winning spirits finished with unique woods, creating distinctive flavors that are radically different.
Cleveland Wheel And Brake Systems
We're excited to shine a spotlight on Cleveland Wheel and Brake Systems, a key player in the aviation industry known for their exceptional aircraft wheels and brakes. The company has been growing and innovating, having recently upgraded their website to better showcase their high-quality products and services. They care about the growth of the manufacturing sector, providing youth with work-based learning opportunities and hiring an apprentice last year who's learning quickly because of CWBS' mentorship. We look forward to seeing Cleveland Wheel and Brake Systems continue to expand its reach and contribute to the aerospace sector's success!
Ohio's New Budget: Big Wins For Manufacturers
Ohio's recently signed two-year operating budget delivers several victories for the manufacturing sector.
Key highlights include expanded workforce development through TechCred and Industry Sector Partnerships, plus a much-needed policy allowing career-technical education in middle schools—getting students interested in manufacturing careers earlier than ever!
Manufacturers also secured major wins on energy policy, defeating a proposed utility regulation expansion, and environmental protections with the removal of the problematic Air Nuisance Rule. Add in tax relief through a move to a 2.75% flat income tax, and this budget positions Ohio manufacturing for stronger growth ahead.
