Cohorts will meet virtually once every other month for one hour for a total of six sessions. "Homework" involves reading some chapters in the book, implementing new ideas, and checking in with a peer partner from the cohort.

Pre-planned content will be based on the book, It's the Manager by Jim Clifton and Jim Harter. All participants will receive a book in preparation for participation in the group. Minimal reading and homework will be required between each session and learnings will be discussed in each session.
