Training is an effective tool for developing the skills of new supervisors and managers. Ongoing support, however, is critical to the success of not only the manager, but also the business.

According to Gallup, 70% of employee engagement is determined solely by the manager. Our cohort-based network brings supervisors, new and experienced, together to:

• Learn new best practices from research and each other
• Discover and apply new ideas
• Share results with each other

Pre-planned content will be based on the book, It's the Manager by Jim Clifton and Jim Harter. All participants will receive a book in preparation for participation in the group. Minimal reading and homework will be required between each session and learnings will be discussed in each session.
