A New Chapter Begins: Leadership Transition at Manufacturing Works

By Manufacturing Works - March 22, 2024

We have some news to share with the Manufacturing Works Community. After five years of service and leadership, Ken Patsey, our Chief Executive Officer, has decided to embark on a new venture and will be transitioning his role between now and April 15th. We are grateful for Ken's contributions and leadership during his tenure and look forward to collaborating with him going forward. Information regarding this new collaboration will be provided when finalized in the coming months.

With Ken's departure, we are thrilled to announce that Adam Artman will be stepping into the role of President and Executive Director. Adam has been an integral part of our organization for several years, serving as Vice President of Workforce Development and demonstrating a deep commitment to our mission and values. His extensive experience in the industry, especially around Workforce, and his passion for driving innovation make him the ideal candidate to lead Manufacturing Works into its next chapter of growth and success.

This is a tremendous opportunity to begin this new phase in concert with the conclusion of our latest Strategic Planning cycle. Many of our partners helped to craft the Plan, which will be unveiled soon. We want to assure you that Manufacturing Works remains fully committed to serving our members, partners, and the manufacturing community as a whole. Our mission to provide leading edge expertise and resources that proactively assist manufacturers in understanding and adapting to fast changing trends in technology, talent, and organizational leadership remains unchanged, and we will continue to work tirelessly to support the success of manufacturers across Northeast Ohio.

Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to Manufacturing Works!
