"As a long-time supporting member of Manufacturing Works, I feel important to give back to the organization and its regular members. It’s always great to connect with the members and learn more about their businesses, help solve any problems they may be having and educating them along the way. I believe the entire group learns a lot from each other, including the guest speakers!"
– Todd Lancaster, Sales Executive, Oswald Companies

Northeast Ohio is part of a manufacturing powerhouse that competes with giants like California and Texas. This ranking means the region has serious economic weight and attracts continued investment. It also means the skills and expertise concentrated here are nationally significant, giving our region leverage and resilience.

This is well above Ohio's median household income and offers a genuine path to middle-class stability without requiring a four-year degree.
