Manufacturing Works' Talent & Technology Showcase addresses the needs of our manufacturing members in two important areas: talent and technology. It is clear that for many companies, customer demand is strong, and your greatest challenges are related to getting product out the door in a timely fashion. There are two ways to meet higher production goals, adding more workers and increasing productivity.
Talent
We have invited job seekers from around the area, as well as students enrolled in manufacturing and engineering programs from local colleges and universities. Manufacturers will have the opportunity to speak with these eager candidates at their exhibit tables or in a room designated for one-on-one conversations.
Technology
To assist our members' efforts to improve productivity, our showcase will feature local manufacturers successfully using advanced technology. Additionally, you can meet with manufacturers of the latest equipment or those that provide services that enable optimizing current equipment through better process applications.

Following the showcase we invite you to join us for some lively networking with drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
