Chuck has been a part of TPI Efficiency's efficiency efforts in manufacturing for almost a decade now. His previous experiences include helping manufacturers in the Manufacturing Works community control their energy spend through supplier negotiations and the implementation of efficiency measures to reduce energy usage. Chuck has been a member of Manufacturing Works for eight years now and was a key part of TPI Efficiency becoming the Official Energy and Efficiency Partner. Before working in energy and efficiency, Chuck spent almost twenty years working in professional baseball.

Jason brings 25 years of experience within the energy space, including management, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to TPI Efficiency. His previous experiences include being VP of Commercial Operations at General Electric, VP of Commercial Operations and Strategic Partnerships at Encentiv Energy, and having multiple engineering and sales roles throughout his career. Jason trained at the Pennsylvania State University’s Architectural-Engineering Program, is a Professional Engineer in Ohio, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with the Association of Energy Engineers, and Lighting Certified (LC) with the NCQLP, and an award-winning designer in the energy efficiency space.
