Manufacturing Works Member and Partner, Neighborhood Family Practice (NFP) will offer ideas on how you can address your employees' hesitancy, including:

• Protect employees from financial loss associated with getting vaccinated
• Make getting vaccinated easy for your employees and their families

NFP will also be able to identify convenient locations that are providing vaccinations and potentially offer an onsite vaccination solution.

Melanie Golembiewski, MD, MPH Associate Medical Director at Neighborhood Family Practice, received her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and her medical degree from Wright State University. She completed her family medicine residency program at University Hospitals and a preventative medicine fellowship with NFP. Dr. Golembiewski has a strong interest in maternal and neonatal care, global health and geriatrics.
