A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification shows a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Lean Six Sigma Method.

Manufacturing Works has contracted with United Training to offer an accelerated Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program. This intensive four-day course, combined with a Green Belt test (included in the price*) and demonstrable application of the tools, will lead to Green Belt certification.

Exclusively for our participants, Manufacturing Works' own Black Belt professional will provide extended coaching sessions. The group will meet once per month for five months to share ideas and progress toward implementing their first project using the Green Belt model. Each month will focus on a different step of the DMAIC journey.
