This IS a time for you and your team to work through one of your own issues with guidance from Manufacturing Works' own EOS Implementer. If you'd rather not share one of your issues, we'll offer some common issues shared by the local manufacturing community. Either way, the solution will be yours.

**Dan Rose** is a [Certified EOS Implementer](https://teamtraction.com/) and is experienced in implementing process to support self-managing companies and sustainable growth. Dan has created, operated and successfully exited four separate companies and created over 400 jobs. He is an experienced Entrepreneur, Angel Investor, Board Member, and Consultant. Dan is a past recipient of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
