Do your teams sometimes seem swamped in paperwork yet short of timely information they need to make good decisions?
In a [May webinar](https://youtu.be/GLgg6cu4v-g), Manufacturing Works highlighted an in-house solution that local manufacturers are now using to optimize data flow within their operations—custom business apps. We heard how non-IT people are helping owners to successfully address nagging plant problems by creating unique apps with affordable new low-code software.
Breakthroughs include elimination of time-consuming paperwork, display of real-time data that tracks team performance, and creation of "smart" orders that build quality into the production process.
Reaction to the program was strong and specific:
- Is this kind of programming really doable with our current staff?
- How do we get started?
- If we need it, how do we get help?
Today we're pleased to announce a follow-on training session for companies interested in learning more. With the help of Cleveland-area experts, we've created a two-hour program to help you with next steps, including:

- What else you need to consider as you develop this process
- When to consider using a business app as a solution to a business problem
- Examples of problems before and after a successful app
- Hands-on help creating your first business app—a visitor's log, which can be used for guests and as a training tool for future apps
