About Our Presenter

Ernest Miller, Managing Partner at Optio Tempore, has more than 30 years of experience assisting companies in solving supply chain strategy and operations improvement initiatives. He led major operations improvement initiatives for NCR, WorkflowOne, Ford, Sonoco, and many other companies. Ernest has implemented process improvement in North America, Europe, and Asia with long assignments in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Hungary, India, and Japan.

Prior to forming Optio, Ernest served in McKinsey's Operations Excellence Practice for 5 years, and EY Consulting for 10 years leading the Operations Excellence Practice. He also served as Global ATM Mfg. Engineering Director for NCR. Most recently he has been working with a variety of companies on supply chain strategy and IIoT improvement projects.
