More than 3,000 students from across fifteen public school districts will walk through those doors - your future workforce, gathered in one place. The Expo isn’t a job fair. It’s a hands-on, real-world event where students interact with businesses, try out skills, and see what different careers look like. Exhibitors don’t hand out brochures; they run short, interactive activities that make a lasting impression. ### Why it Matters for Your Business This is about more than goodwill. By participating, your company can: - Build a pipeline of future talent before your competitors do - Show the future workforce what your industry has to offer** ** - Form connections with educators who influence career pathways and workforce preparation - Position your business as a community leader, strengthening your reputation locally If you’ve ever struggled to explain why your industry is worth their time, the Expo does that work for you. ### Sponsorship and Visibility Beyond a booth, sponsorship opportunities ensure your business is seen by thousands during and after the Expo. From top-tier event sponsorship to affordable community partner levels, the goal is simple: extend your reach and position your company as an industry students will remember when choosing their career path. ### The Bottom Line The workforce of tomorrow will be shaped by the opportunities we provide today. Make sure your business is part of the story. The Expo is your opportunity to influence, invest, and secure the talent that keeps your company strong.   Interested in making it work for your business?
