Our Presenter

Jill Windelspecht, owner of Talent Specialists Consulting, has spent over 20 years working with leaders at all levels, across multiple industries and countries helping them lead change, make better decisions, implement and create strategic plans that work, become better leaders, develop and motivate talent, and create environments where people and organizations thrive. Leveraging her Masters in NeuroLeadership and Organization Effectiveness she applies science to the workplace in a way that makes it easy to connect, influence and grow your business.

I am fortunate to have worked with Jill as she coached me through a formalized Change Management Process. Our company had gone through 4 years in implementing an ERP system where we not only had technical issues with our system but also employee acceptance of an ERP system. Jill was able to coach me through a Change Management Process that on the surface looks like common sense but in reality our company struggled with the understanding the human aspect of change. Jill taught me that successful change leaders and companies understand their employees desire for change. I always concentrated on telling employees why we needed to change. Jill was able to take this a step further with teaching me to understand employees desires for change. Jill also reinforced the importance celebrating the success factors from change management. I was always focused on fixing the problems we had. Jill was able to point out how positive reinforcement was as important as fixing what was broken. The training Jill provided for Change Management not only helped with getting better acceptance of our ERP system, Jill has taught me I can apply these principles in my everyday activity here in creating change.
