Phil has been designing and delivering Organization Change Management strategy and enterprise programs for the last 20 years. "A recovering mechanical engineer," as he calls himself, Phil has worked with a variety of clients including Westfield Insurance, JM Smucker, Signet, and other leading consumer goods and financial services companies to drive enterprise change efforts.

Carmen Fontana is Centric's National Practice Lead for Cloud and Artificial Intelligence. She is a true evangelist for AI and has a unique perspective on how the perceived threat of AI and process automation must be uniquely managed to help ensure adoption and support within organizations.

Flournoy Henry is on Centric's National Process Excellence team and is an RPA Lead with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing process automation solutions including BPM and RPA.
